Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available only in Paris by appointment at 3 rue de Bicetre, 94240 l’Hay les Roses.
Pickups are available Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. If you don't pick up your products we won't ship the package. If you want to change your shipping method, you can send us an e-mail at contact@frskates.com.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Fees
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.
Which country do you ship to?
We ship to any country listed by :

Time: The estimated time of shipment depends of the shipping method. It is indicated below the shipping method selected at the shipment section during the checkout.
Tracking number: The tracking number is sent by the carrier selected at checkout. It is sent to the customer once the carrier has collected the package. You can expect the package to be picked up the same day or next day of the order if ordered before 12am GMT+2 in a working day or within 1 working day or the following working day of the order if ordered after 12am GMT+2.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping for Europe (EU and Non-EU) from €150 and from €400 for the rest of the world.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on working days, which are Monday to Friday.
To processing and dispatch as soon as possible but no later than the next day, order must be placed by 12am GMT+2 in a working day. Order placed after 12am GMT+2 will be processed within 1 working day and will be dispatched on the next working day if possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
The processing, dispatching and delivery times of orders mentioned above are indicative and may be extended depending on the time of year or special external conditions that may affect the order preparation time.
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
